Here is where I’d like to show any experiments, self directed work that may be a little rough around the edges or things that don’t quite fit in with the rest of my portfolio.
Euro 2024 Poster
I work part time in a pub and my manager, although with the best intentions, created an underwhelming poster advertising the upcoming Euros and so I volunteered to redesign it. I wanted to refer back to previous experiences of heartbreak as an England fan and the nostalgia of tabloid back pages. It also has a nice circular narrative being what we suspect to be Gareth Southgate’s final attempt to win at the Euro’s.
Re-Imagined Podcasts
As a man in my thirties, most of my opinions and personality is made up by the podcasts I listen to on a daily basis. I decided to set a personal brief to re design some of my favourite podcasts. Up first was The Guardian Football Weekly.
